Lucha Silva
Lucha Silva, Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine, began working with eQuality as a caregiver in 2015, became Alternate Administrator and currently holds the position of Board President and Administrator. She is a passionate supporter of the principles embodied in a worker-cooperative.
